Follow the steps in sequence, but only provide information you can support.
Use actual project documents, installed-equipment references or confirmed buyer requirements. If a technical detail is unknown, leave it open for clarification rather than guessing.

STEP 01 OF 08
Identify the flow meter requirement
- State whether the requirement is for a replacement, spare, maintenance item or project supply.
- Provide the OEM, model or part number where available.
STEP 02 OF 08
Capture the measurement technology
- Record the technology stated in the source document, such as electromagnetic, ultrasonic, turbine or vortex.
- Do not select a technology merely to complete the RFQ if it is not already confirmed.

Replacement flow meters
- Include the installed tag, existing model, full ordering code and any suffix or revision information visible on the source documentation.

- Preserve mandatory project requirements, approvals and datasheet fields when transmitting the request to suppliers.
